Cleaned out the gardens, but left the herbs-giant parsley!

You better start garnishing your oatmeal, peanut butter and jelly, ham sandwiches, and every dinner until Easter. That is a TON of parsley!

We found a recipe to zap it in the microwave for 30 seconds, flip 30 seconds more and more if not crunchy. Seems easy enough.
