yummmmy! i totally have the taste in my mouth right now of that yogurt :) we had local corn and local?? steak, it was delicious, i almost had to call you to tell you about it!

All you need to do next is strain it using that special cheese cloth.

We tried it last night-thick without straining! I may try one cup. Dad had it plain, I put some mulberry jam on it-nice!

How many cups do you think it ended up making?

It is better than the stuff I used to make. Much thicker when I did the shake test. The flavor was very good. Not sure it needs to be made into Greek.
