The appraisal

We went to Green Bay yesterday afternoon for hair cut and Home Depot for a few last minute supplies. Turned into a five hour trip (a little bit like Gilligan's Island eh?). Lots to do before the appraiser arrives on Wednesday so we stayed up late 2:30 a.m. doing last minute touchups. Peter worked through the night in the basement bathroom tiling and cleaning up the work areas. last minute rush as the 9:00 deadline approached.
